About the Instructor: 
Susan Wright is a supply chain professional with over 35 years of experience in operations and supply chain management.  She has served in various roles in production, quality, scheduling and supply chain across manufacturing, retail, state government and laboratory services.  Susan has a BA in Microbiology and an MBA  from the University of Kansas,  is a Certified Professional in Supply Management, and obtained her certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Kansas.  She was a contributing author to the current Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute Purchasing and Inventory guidelines.  Susan is a long standing member of ISM and is on the ISM-KC board.
